This weekend sees the 2011 CrossFit Games from the Home Depot center in LA. The entirety of the event will be streamed live and free on the CrossFit Games website right here.
Forty nine of the fittest men and forty seven of the fittest women in the world will be competing to be crowned just the fifth CrossFit Champion. We at CrossFit GU1 wish all participants the best of luck and will be cheering the European contingent along at every step of the way.
