3+ Sessions per week: £75 (Less than £5 per session based on 4 sessions a week)
Up to 2 sessions per week: £56 (£7 per session)
1 Session Per week: £36 (£9 per session)
Single Drop in Fee: £10 per session**
Discounts are available for active military, law enforcement and emergency first response personnel. Please call/email for details.
Personal Training is available on request for individuals or two persons and is charged at £40 per hour for an individual or £65 per hour for two persons.
Team Sports: We offer team training for all aspects of performance. Call for details and prices.
Essentials Classes: £100
These comprise six (6) 45 minute sessions sessions run on Mondays and Wednesdays where we examine the core CrossFit movements and look at the intensity of exercise expected in our classes. Completion of these classes will allow the athlete to participate in regular group sessions safely and effectively.
Upon completion of the Essentials classes the participant will be eligible to join group classes on a twice per week basis for the remainder of the month*.
