Chris got a personal best on Squat, Press and Deadlift. All this while losing 10 kilos of extra weight around his body.
Jonathan likewise hit personal bests on the three lifts, smashing his previous Deadlift personal best by 30 kilos!
Lea is now deadlifting over 150 Kilograms for sets of three. When he came to us at the start of the year he was dealing with a debilitating hip injury that meant he could barely lift the bar without pain. After some rehab work at GU1 he is now performing at close to 100% and rarely has any pain.
