Bank Holiday Openings

There will be no evening classes on the April/May bank holidays. The gym will be open for a session at 09:00 on both days (Saturday hours).

Welcome to CrossFit Optimus, Aldeshot and Guildford’s foremost functional fitness gym.

We aim to offer a fully rounded fitness model, one that will enable our clientèle to function at their best no matter what life may throw at them, whilst at the same time making fitness fun and friendly once again.
